However, we do offer a 100% money-back guarantee for any unopened products. If you are ,interested in a return just send us an email letting us know and arrange to send back the unopened package (you are responsible for return shipping costs.) Once we receive the return we will credit you for the full purchase price.

We understand customers want their products as soon as possible. We due attempt to ship the majority of orders withing a few days, however if the order is placed on the weekend, it will not process until that Monday.
